Peter CavillGE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms – in the shape of Peter Cavill, Frank Willis and Ian McMurray – attended this year’s Critical Embedded Systems conference in Scottsdale, Arizona (May 4 – 6).  Primarily intended as an opportunity for the major players in the embedded computing industry to meet the media covering the industry, a highlight was Peter Cavill’s keynote address, in which he spoke about how he sees the state of the market and the key technologies.

The ICS-8554B 4-channel ADC PMC module is a rugged version of the highly successful ICS-554, a 4-channel transformer coupled ADC PMC module for Software Defined Radio (SDR) applications optimized to provide a high degree of functionality in a small, rugged package.

The ICS-1650 4-channel high-speed ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) is designed for demanding applications such as software- defined radio, diagnostic imaging, radar and signals intelligence.  It features four 12-bit analog input channels capable of simultaneous sampling rates of up to 250 MHz.
