Proficy Troubleshooter est un puissant outil analytique utilisant des techniques d'avant-garde pour extraire des connaissances des processus historiques existants et des données de l'usine de fabrication. Ces outils sont utilisés hors ligne pour identifier les causes des problèmes liés à la production et de prendre les mesures qui permettront de les éviter à l'avenir. Proficy Troubleshooter peut être utilisé pour les process batch, discrets et continus. Il offre à l'utilisateur la capacité de visualiser les problèmes de process et leurs causes par la modélisation et la simulation du process à l'aide des données historiques disponibles dans l'usine. Cette connaissance est mise en oeuvre avec Proficy Cause+ surveillant vos équipements en temps réel et fournissant aux opérateurs la connaissance dont ils ont besoin pour rester maître de leur process. Proficy Troubleshooter épaule le “Intelligent Historian” qui est clairement différencié des "historians" concurrents et qui vous rendra des services bien plus utiles.

Proficy Troubleshooter est un produit à valeur ajouté de Proficy Historian qui permet à l'utilisateur de tirer plus de valeur de ses ressources, en utilisant l'analyse à variables multidimensionnelles des données historiques. Avec ce produit, l'utilisateur peut :

  • Obtenir les causes probables des variabilités et problèmes de process
  • Extraire automatiquement les règles de process à partir des données
  • Déterminer les causes de lots incorrects
  • Obtenir les interrelations entre les variables
  • Evaluer les avantage de l'application d'une solution en temps réel
  • Construire et simuler une solution en temps réel avant de migrer ultérieurement vers d'autres solutions Proficy telles que Proficy Cause+

The release includes the following New Features:

1)  Integration with Proficy SOA - Pull the information provided from the Troubleshooter model into Proficy SOA via Cause+ Action objects.

2)  Improved Integration with Proficy Historian - Utilize raw Historian data to bring into the analysis. Improved filtering to pull in only that data necessary for the analysis. Flexible and powerful data retrieval options.

3)  Server Based Licensing - Ability to license the environment on server based configuration allowing a centralized licensing scheme.

4) New Data Preparation Engine - Rich data preparation tools are now available. Create recipes for your data preparation steps and reuse them. Preparation can take place within the wizard. At each step users can visualize the data using trends, scatter plots or histograms. Easily create different data sets and switch between these data sets within the same wizard.

5) Improved Action Object Server - Easier to deploy and manage real time action objects created within the Architect.

6)  New Matlab Extension - New Matlab block that allows users to run Matlab code within an Action Object Blueprint. Also able to refer to a Matlab DLL to utilize functions within the Action Object Blueprint     

7) Microsoft Excel Add In - Ability to execute action objects directly from Excel. Ability to run the Troubleshooter Wizard directly from Excel utilizing the data available within the spreadsheet

8)  Wizard Enhancements - Simplified wizards make it easier to quickly get up and running with your data.
