Getting started on your repair request is easy.   Refer to the guidelines below to initiate a Return Material Authorization procedure.

Before we can issue you with an RMA number, our customer support agent will ask you a number of questions to ensure your unit repair or exchange is expedited correctly, and without delay. Please have the following details available at the time of your call or included in your e-mail or FAX:

· What is the FANUC part number of the failed unit?
· If this is a whole CNC unit return then what is the control type and serial number?
· What are the failure symptoms?
· Are there any associated error and /or alarm codes?
· Is this a machine-down situation?
· Are you requesting emergency handling?
· What payment method will you be using? Credit cards are acceptable.
