The Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture (usually referred to as AdvancedTCA or ATCA) is an open standard created with input from major global computer manufacturers and telecom equipment manufacturers. Telecommunications hardware requires a level of availability, reliability and serviceability that is significantly more demanding than enterprise hardware, and it must meet strict certification standards set by national and international governing bodies.

AdvancedTCA delivers substantial benefits such as modularity, scalability and flexibility. Open, modular ATCA platforms are build-as-you-grow systems which allow custom platforms to be created using standard modules. We offer both ATCA blades, and a selection of AdvancedMC™ modules, including processor blades and AMCs, and packet processors in ATCA and AMC formats.
